One of our clients is a very large international skilled trades provider. They have secured contracts to provide welders on chemical plant manufacturing sites.

Their problem was trying to find enough welders who could pass the welding certification exam in order to work on the job. Of course that's where we came in.

We've developed a training program that solves the problem. We will bring in a 55-foot semi-trailer tailor-made as a welding class room. Each student will be trained and coached by a very experienced welder of 35+ years who will work hand-in-hand with each student. After the training program is complete each welder will be ready to pass their welding certification for the job.

This program has been tailor-made for the welder and
the employer ensuring success.

custom-built program that not only teaches the student the necessary skills
and providing our client the business outcomes they desire; a very large
part of this training program is being paid by the State of Mississippi.

this program are being provided by the State of Mississippi!
